NIBA – The Belting Association honors the memory of past officers, directors, and committee members for their strong dedication to the NIBA organization. In 2012, NIBA awarded nine (9) $1,500 scholarships for employees and children of employees of NIBA member companies who make a difference in their communities, their churches, and their schools, through service.

NIBA – The Belting Association honors the memory of past presidents of NIBA for their dedication to NIBA and all Distributor/Fabricator members. In 2012, NIBA awarded three (3) $4,000 scholarships for children with a parent employed by a NIBA Distributor/Fabricator Company. These scholarships are based on the candidate’s academic achievement, community service, leadership roles, and an essay on their future goals/objectives.
NIBA – The Belting Association honors the memory of Ron “Rubber Ron” Roalsen for his ‘common sense’ approach to our industry and the people who work hard within it. Thanks to a grant from Ron’s family, NIBA is pleased to annually offer two (2) Heavyweight Technical Seminar Scholarships for employees of NIBA member companies. Participants will be given the opportunity to provide a short written explanation of how they will apply what they learned at the class back at work, and winners will receive complimentary attendance to a NIBA heavyweight technical seminar plus $500 travel reimbursement.
